What types of photography and videgraphy services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of services, including weddings, portraits , family, event, commercial, and more. We specialize in capturing meaningful moments and creating stunning visual stories.

How do I book a photography session with your team?

Simply reach out to us through our website, email, Instagram or phone, and let us know the type of session you're interested in. We respond within 48 hours, Monday-Thursday. We offer in-person or over the phone consultations to discuss the booking. A 1/3rd non-refundable retainer fee for date reservation and both signatures are required to reserve our services for your date.

Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?
Absolutely! We believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalized photographs. Whether it's at your home, a scenic outdoor location, or a venue of your choice, we're open to capturing your portraits in a place that holds meaning to you.
How long does a typical photo session last?
The duration of a photo session varies depending on the type and scope of the project. Portrait sessions typically range from 1 to 2 hours, while events and weddings can span several hours. We strive to provide ample time to capture all the important moments and ensure you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the session.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?

We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Our editing process typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. We prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.

What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and we're flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE REACH OUT TO BOOK?

We book weddings up to one year in advance. To keep the booking process fair, our policy is that we do not hold or secure dates without a signed contract and non-refundable retainer.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?

We are based out of Edmonton, Alberta, we are proud to serve clients worldwide and are open to traveling for weddings.

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE GET?

The number of photos delivered varies based on timelines, locations, activities, and so on; therefore, we don’t have a specific amount we deliver. It is typically between 1500-2000 photos for a traditional Indian wedding. We select the best images to edit from the thousands that we photograph. We include plenty of images of the different moments we capture. We don’t withhold any images from you to get you to pay more like some photographers may. These are your memories, and we promise to capture them fully and give you more than enough images to remember this time in your lives, while still focusing on quality over quantity.

DO YOU DELIVER RAW DATA?

We don’t give out RAW data. Every photo/video you receive will be edited to ensure consistency in colors, brightness, and mood in a manner reflective of our style. 

HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS/VIDEOS?

When the editing is complete, we upload the images and videos to a password-protected online gallery and send it to you via email. You can share the link with friends and family, so they can view your photos. We recommend you to download the whole gallery to your computer. The data is stored for 90 days after the delivery of the final product and will be deleted after that. We will also mail you the final images and videos on a USB as a back up.

WHAT RIGHTS DO WE HAVE?

You have all rights to download, print, and use your images for personal purposes. 

DO YOU HELP WITH MAKING AN ALBUM?

We no longer act as middle persons between the album company and the client. When you receive your images, they are ready to be used for print. You may go directly to the album company of your choosing to get an album made. The album company will design a layout for you. There are also digital options for wedding albums and photo frames that may be more appealing than the traditional selection.

WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE OUR WEDDING?

The retainer is a non-refundable payment made as part of the booking confirmation (in addition to a signed contract) to reserve our services for your specific date—meaning you’re 100% yours! If you cancel the contract, you forfeit the retainer. The retainer cannot be transferred to another client but can be transferrable to another date if we have availability. There will be a rebooking fee for that.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CAN’T MAKE IT TO OUR WEDDING?

This would only happen if it were out of our control (act of god, illness, death, etc) but in this case, we would do our best to help find a replacement team that we trust with a similar style. 

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THAT DOWNTIME?

For many reasons, we have to charge for the time in between events. The fact is, we’re never truly resting during the day, whether we’re backing up images, setting up for the second venue, traveling to the second location, taking venue shots, or making up for lost photo time because of unforeseen wedding day delays. In many cases, we use that “downtime” to take you and your significant other out for a photo session or more family portraits.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE GO OVER THE CONTRACTED AMOUNT OF TIME? DO YOU CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL COVERAGE?

We understand that not everything goes as planned during a wedding. We don’t leave on the dot when the contracted time is up. Instead, we will ask you at the end of your contracted time whether or not you would like to extend. If you would like us to stay, we will charge the rates specified in your contract. We need to charge for additional coverage primarily because there are costs of having the team stay for additional hours. The shooters and lighting assistants all require additional compensation. Furthermore, the additional photos taken will need to be post-produced which adds to our overall costs.
